All of our pizzas are made from slow rising multicereal dough, rested for 24-48 hours and blast baked in our clay ovens. The quick cooking time locks in the flour’s natural flavours and moisture, giving a soft, flavoursome crust and delicous light base.
DIETARY INFO – Vegetarian V Vegan VG Gluten-free – GF. Unfortunately due to risk of cross-contamination. we cannot offer gluten-free pizzas. A discretionarv service charge of 10% has been added to vour bill. Any gratuities paid are fully distributed fairly amoungst the restaurant team.
