All of our pizzas are made from slow rising multicereal dough, rested for 24-48 hours and blast baked in our clay ovens. The quick cooking time locks in the flour’s natural flavours and moisture, giving a soft, flavoursome crust and delicous light base.
DIETARY INFO – Vegetarian V Vegan VG Gluten-free – GF. Please note we do have gluten free pizza available however this is cooked in the same oven so there is risk of cross contamination. Please ask your server for more information. A discretionarv service charge of 10% has been added to vour bill. Any gratuities paid are fully distributed fairly amoungst the restaurant team.
